Illustration: Reproductions of twenty-one illustrations by Donna, Tanya, and Suzanne. Notes: Copies 1-25 are housed in a case measuring 15 x 9 cm. (6 x 3.625 in.); bound to match book. Book inset in foam block covered in grey paper attached to back inside cover. Examples of original pages from Peter and Donna's books are included in a handmade-paper pocket attached to front inside cover.
"Inspired by bibliographies of West Coast printers like Adrian Wilson and the Grabhorns, we decided to make one ourselves. We started the project in 1990, ten years after we made our first miniature book. I had recently met Terry Belanger of the Rare Book School, and he provided guidance regarding what information to include and how to format the bibliography. It was made with our miniature-book collectors in mind, so we wanted it to be miniature-book centric: we listed the thirty-seven miniature books as A 1-37, the six books we made before our first miniature as B 1-6, and the larger books made after first our first miniature as
C 1-9. The Wilson and Grabhorn bibliographies had included actual pages from the books being described, and our special copies did the same; samples in the pocket of a binding we came up with was based on a legendary miniature book titled Nut within a Nut."
